Will my current mods work with this short block?

Will my current mods work with this short block?
These are my current mods:
Mass air conversion kit with proper computer
C&L Mass Airflow Meter
Trick Flow Street Heat upper and lower manifold
1" plenum spacer
24lbs fuel injectors(meter calibrated)
Aluminum Edlebrock Performer 5.0 Cylinder Heads
Ford SVO Roller rocker arms
Hardened pushrods
SVO Hydraulic lifters
I am planning on buying a short block from dssracing.com.
This is the short block I am looking at
Bullet 306/308 -3cc Flat Top Inline/Twisted Wedge
I have a few questions...
1. What is the difference between the inline and Twisted Wedge versions? Are pistons notched for valve relief in the Twisted Wedge version?
2. I would want to go with the Inline version with my current Edelbrock heads, Correct?
3. I have my current cam specs somewhere(but can't find them right now), what is the largest cam I could go with that would still be streetable?
Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Will my current mods work with this short block?
The difference in the piston is that the wedge heads use a rotated valve configuration which places valve reliefs in a different place than a typical inline head which is what the edelbrock head is.
Yes you want inline piston
Tell me more about the car, rear end gear, transmission etc. etc before I could comment on a cam

This is a full list of the mods I currently have...
3.5" Fiberglass cowl induction hood
BBK Cold air induction kit
Mass air conversion kit with proper computer
C&L Mass Airflow Meter
Trick Flow Street Heat upper and lower manifold
1" plenum spacer
24lbs fuel injectors(meter calibrated)
Aluminum Edlebrock Performer 5.0 Cylinder Heads
Ford SVO Roller rocker arms
Hardened pushrods
SVO Hydraulic lifters
BBK 1.5" lowering springs
KYB gas-ajust- shocks
Urethane sway bar end link kit
Spec Stage 2 Clutch and Pressure Plate
New flywheel
Flowmaster 1 5/8" primary equal length shorty headers
BBK 2.5" H pipe
Flowmaster 3 chamber muflers and cat back system
190lph BBK fuel pump
New gas tank
Hurst short throw shifter
Tremec world class transmission
BBK fuel pressure regulator(not installed)
Crane Cams 1.7 ratio roller rocker arms(not installed)
The one thing I am not sure about is the gearing, I tried to figure it out by marking a line on the tire and marking a line on the driveshaft and spinning the tire and checking how many times the driveshaft spun for one revolution of the tire. For some reason the driveshaft only spun twice for every one revolution of the tire. That doesn't seem correct as I was under the assumption I had 3.73 gears. Although the kid I purchased the car from said something about 4.10's. How would I figure this out?

Divide the ring gear tooth count by the pinion gear tooth count. Also, you did it back wards, rotate the drive shaft once and count how many time the tire goes around.

Thanks for the reply, but I am a bit confused about figuring out which gears I have...I spun the tire one revolution and the driveshaft spun 1 and 3/4 turns. If I spin the driveshaft once then the tire should only spin half a turn. This doesn't make sense.

spin tire 1 turn see how many times the driveshaft turns
why a dss block it's still a stock block meaning thin walls that still have about the same 500-550hp threash hold as one from summit or any other place like ford....I would opt for the 351
