Cali, but it doesn't matter I'm at work I don't get out till 8:30, but I have very bright lights when I get home

No guys it has nothing to do with the window motor at all. I just fixed my dads motor today bc it did the same thing. Take the door panel off the car and then unbolt the 3 bolts that hold the window motor in the assembly. There should be 1 screw that hold on a plate when you take off the plate there is probably a big mess of grease and chopped up plastic bushing in there. Go on ebay and get a window bushing repair kit. You have to replace the bushings in the gears to make it work right again
