Ok, I am trying to buy a mustang from a guy in town tommorrow.I know very little about mustangs.The car is a 1992 red 5.0 Lx convertible.It has 120k miles on it.The guy is asking 4900.I told him I want to look at it and might offer 4500.So, is this a reasonable price? What should I look for when driving,or just looking at the car in general.Please hurry with advice because I am going there tommorrow evening.Thanks and god bless

if ur gonna pay 4500 it better be in pretty good condition

I havn't seen the car yet,I'm expecting good condition all the way around the way he talks,but you never know

it depends on the condition and what your plans are. If you're going to mod it, find one w/ some mods already on it and it will save you some work and money on parts. Paint and body are also very important. I wouldn't pay over 4 large for ANY fox, but that's just me.
