Yeah, except for the fact that it's programmed for 55# injectors.

Velocity only matters after the throttle body. Unless youre dealing with forced induction, velocity in the air intake system makes no difference, unless its a restriction. Ford didnt design the intake systems for "velocity", they designed them for NVH, Noise Vibration and Harshness. They put those goofy snorkles and air silencers and stupid junk to quiet the car down, not create velocity.
