Default How does this combo sound/numbers?

Does this sound like a sensible combo?:
Stock 302 block
Ported/Polished/Milled gt40p heads,
P/P gt40 intake
f cam
1.7 RR's, springs, pushrods
70 or 75mm tb
24lb injectors

Then the usual mods, LT's orX, maxflow catback, 255lph pump, electric fan, 7qt pan, etc.

What kind of power should I expect? And is there anything in this combo that doesnt make sense?

FWIW, I would like to go for alum heads, but I have the 40p's already, and a good friend of my uncle's has a flowbench and does some pretty serious porting, so I might as well take advantage of that.
So any suggestions just let me know.

I would also like to put some nitrous into it after a while, is there anything else I should do to prep the engine for it?

Thanks,
Matt

thats decent, but your not doing anythign really serious.
id get some better heads and save the machine work.
the TFS twisted wedge heads will give you more bang for the buck.

id estimate around 300hp to the ground, maybe a little bit higher.

eh new heads are way out of my price range.
Im getting a price tomorow on the p/p/m job, if its reasonable I may go for it, however if its expensive Ill probably just wait until I can afford something better. I might only be keeping this car for a few more months so I dont wan't to dump loads of cash into it....just a little money, if I can.
I'd just like to get into the 12's, so 300rwhp should do it.

I already have the heads.
If I didnt, I would definetly go for something better.
OTOH, how much does a pair of gt40p's sell for?
And what aftermarket heads would work well with my gt40 intake?

As for the 260hp, thats what Im making now with unported heads, intake, and an explorer cam.

When I did work for customers I wouldnt touch an iron head for less than 700 bucks. All the time it takes to work on iron, seats, guides, valves, flowbench time and so forth. Forget that
