hookers are great headers. great ceramic coating too, if you opt. for it. weve got a pair on our '71 GMC Sprint and our '69 GMC 1500. they look great, sound great, and they really wake up your car. i say hookers all the way. just go to summit racing and type in your car and itll come up with competition, super competition, etc. theyre darn good headers, just a little pricey for some

Hooker headers are very good. i've used for the last 25+ years and they make lotsa combinations for the 5.0/Fox.
The are expensive.........
I would use them except when I got my 'turnkey' (lol) racecar it had Bassani step headers on it and I'm of the opinion that there's something to step headers, I'll stay with them until I build a new motor.....
.There is some torque/power in step headers.........

ok why am i the only one running hooker headers?
i love them, and ive never even heard of anyone else having them on a fox body.
whats the deal?
are they bunk headers cuz i know people have them on other applications and love them.
and i think mine work fine on my 5.0.
are the more modern brands better?
just needing some answers.
that's because most of the young ones here seem to think they need the best hooker headers have been around almost as long as hookersand are good stuff

I want to get hooker long tubes because they make ones that clear the aod. Only thing holding me back is I need to be able to swap my stock mid pipe back on for emissions and they are expensive.
