If I wanted to think about a Cam for my rebuild, what should I be looking for?

I have a B303 cam and also a E303 cam in the box (got them both when I bought the car).

For the most part, what should I be looking for?

Thanks guys,
Ivan

The Ecam has more valve overlap, and it has more lift. The B cam has less overlap, but more duration. To my knowledge, Lift is the total distance the lobe of the cam will open the valve, and the duration is the ammount of time or degrees the valve is open. You should check fords website to find the specs on both, and go with the better one. Which I think is the Bcam

my b-303 cam doesnt have much power till 3500 rpm, and lots over 4000.

the e-303 will be more streetable .
it has more low end torque but not as much high rpm power than the b-cam.
the b-cam will do better at the dragstrip,

cam duration is 266, duration at .050" lift is 210, max lift with 1.6 rockers is .444. LSA is around 115 but I'm not positive on that.
