I agree with Lucky, the 185s will not fit on a stock bottom end b/c of the 2" intake valves. I vote for the 165s, mine are currently on order

You will not have a problem w/ buying different parts from different manufacturers. Its just easy to buy a kit. As long as everything is matched correctly you will not have a problem.

AFR claims 75 hp over the GT40 heads with the 185's i think.....thats on a modded carb engine, but still worth the extra cash you would throw down for AFR's

I've been converted from the TW's to 165's as well. that's my plan in the next few months. W/ a decent cam, intake and the 165's, 300rwhp is not out of reach N/A. 165's will work fine w/ boost, also. It's more likely other parts of your motor will be the choking point before the heads will.

the 165s arent that much more than the TFTW are they? from what I'm seeing its only $100-$150 more depending where you're lookin
