Default Getting more performance

I have an '89 LX 5.0 five speed. First I will list what I have done to it and then ask a question so bear with me.
(I want a moderately quick ride but still be streetable.) I have SVO aluminum heads, Edelbrock performer intake, B303 cam and roller rockers, 65mm throttlebody, 85mm MAF, aluminum radiator with electric fan, ram air, headers, STB brace, frame connectors, 3:73 gears, Hurst shifter, and Ford racing rear upper and lower control arms.
I have been 'working' on the car bit by bit since 1997 and don't want to add blowers or turbos or take the motor apart/out of the car but can anybody out there tell me some other options I have to make the car faster/more powerful?

Well I was gonna say get some better heads or get the ones you have worked on, but you dont want to take the motor apart! The only other thing I can think of is some dr's to hook up better! What hp #'s are you putting down? Heads, higher compression pistons, and a stroker kit would put down some mad #'s!

a tweecer or equivalent eec tuner would help get the most from your current combo. ~$350-$500. there's a bit of learning involved but well worth it IMO.

I hesitate to ask but here goes! What is a tweecer or equivalent eec tuner? And where does one get one? Where does it go?
My car came with a (I believe a DCI) digital fuel system which everybody told me was the thing to have; after spending a fortune trying to get it properly set up via a dyno and a lap top, I gave up, yanked it and installed a 85mm MAF instead and now the thing works just fine.
