I can't answer your question, but I too have a 3 core radiator and my original overflow gets eat'n by the supercharger belt. Up until now I just live with it low... but where are you gettting an overflow that'll fit? I still have my overlfow on, but it has a hole in it around center.

go to autozone or somewhere and find a 2-part epoxy, like JB weld or something -- dry off the surface where your hole is, and lay it on there -- let it dry overnight -- POOF! no more hole

i plugged a nice hole in my radiator with it 3 months ago, so you can trust that it holds its own against coolant, even when hot

I'd like to see expoxy fix this... my radiator brought everything very close to the engine. I have to remove the electric fan bolts just to take off the S/C belt.
