I'd personally go with the MAC's, it's got a nice protective coat on it to prevent rust and i've heard that they sound better and perform better.

Oh boy, I didn't wanna hear that I ordered the Flows today, either way I know I will be able...I believe they're both pretty comparable in sound. That coating is awesome though

You can always coat them yourself anyway. Flowmaster is the only way to go in my opinion.

Yeah exactly, I'm sure its just an Endura paint, I have access to a spray booth too. We'll see I guess, but pipes usually take quite awhile to rust out. My stock pipes are still in moderate condition after 17 years

I guess we're all different, I really do prefer the sound of the MAC's over the flows. They sound a little bit more aggressive, but I'm sure that you'll like the flowmasters, just like everyone else has.

I have Flowmasters, and I love the sound, regardless of how many people have them. The droning also doesn't bother me at all. I kind of like it, actually.

people say flows sound hollow? Those macs sounded like they had no substance to em at all. I say for a 5.0 flowmasters will always sound good...

I was different and stuck with the mufflers that were on the car when I bought it. They sounded great with my combo, they're not expensive mufflers either.
