so then exhaust isn't really for performance? people tell me that u can get some hp from a magnaflow...so is that wrong?
of course your getting more hp's out of an exhaust, i'd get headers first, to open up wider to the exhaust hence better exhaust flow...but yeah they will add to your performance look for around 5-15 hp depending on the brand..

They are but they are played out for a reason.... I TOTALLY understand what you are saying about everyone and their grandmother having flowmasters on their mustang but they all have them for a reason....

What do you have pro?

well magnaflow claims to have the best performance exhaust, they sound decent I just don't like the popping noise when coming off the throttle, but, Idk I guess it's your opinion... more performance or more sound

I would definetly buy them also if I could afford them. I already have the american thunders from my 88 so I think Im going to use them until I get find a nice cheap used set of SLP's... the flows will have to do for now.
