Default 3.8 tbird sc?

what do you guys think about the 3.8 t-bird sc's. my boss is selling one of his 5 for 1500 obo it has 87,000 on it great condition just needs ball joints and tie rods get this car and i can finaly get down to business on the stang

my brother has a 1990 tbird 3.8 non sc. it has 175,XXX miles on it and it still runs great so i would say go for it

I really like them I test drove a few before I bought my mustang, they ride nice and are pretty fast. The can also be made very fast with not a whole lot of cash, thats a steal in my opinion

yeah he has 5 of them sitting at his shop he is just trying to get rid of some so i think he might cut me a deal on it since im going ot be working for him in a week and then what ever work it needs i can do there on my days off

my mom used to have one and if i remember correctly... it hauled ash... and it rode like a caddy :-)

1500 isnt bad... only concern i would have would be the cost of replacement parts...

i work in a garage all it needs is ball joints and tie rods i test drove the car smooth as a baby's *** and its fast as hell. steering is a little off (ball joints and tie rods) but its good body is in great condition as well

go for it, its kinda like the stang except it has an IRS, oh and get a set of heads from supersixmotorsports.com and you will be golden, not sure on the thunder tirds but i know if you swap them onto a mustang you end up with 200 rwHP and 300 rw ft.lbs and a car that runs high 13 to low 14s
