its the exact same thing as the MAC except the gaskets dont say BBK on them

Get one w/ a composite (plastic) intake tube. It doesn't heat up like the Mac or BBK kits do.... K&N or JLT make them....

I got one from Summit, I was impressed except with two things. The fender well mount had the bends at the tab the wrong way, and they just through 20 of the same screws in for everything. So I was bolting the new bracket to my MAF, and what do you know it was the wrong screw and broke one of the screws in one of the three holes...

i agree, all the same. if it goes in the fender, its a good one. i dont like the look of the plastic tube as much but yea, id say it would stay a little cooler than the metal tube. but the chrome looks aweful good.

i have the Mac fenderwell one. with air flowing through them i'm not sure if hot intake tubes could change the air temp much, but i didn't want to take a chance so i made a sheetmetal heat shield. before that chrome elbow got really hot. now it always stays cold

i was talking about the C&L cai that thing is twice as big as a bbk cai and i am sure it flows mroe air through it.
