I run a E-303 in my Supercharged Stang. I have a 5 Speed. It runs good for me.

Got a FFRP B-cam, I like it, kinda rough idle but not too bad, not a lot of torque low end but pulls hard when I hit 3,000 rpms and on.

i agree with killa, go with the ford motorsports, real nice cams and made for the application. had a 302 with the B-cam and flycut pistons, 5speed, ran real good-kind of a sleeper in a way but did have a little thump to it

what about duration? As for the ford cams the B is a good choice for a lightly modded engine? I'm looking for low end torque/power that I can use on the street.

I've got an f303. If this was my daily driver, I'd regret it. Idle is way lumpy. It's cool, but it would get old. Power hits hard at 2800 and pulls up to the limiter at 7k (although I usually shift before that).
I've got a stock block bored .030" over and stock crank, but other than that everything's been changed.
