Default front end grinding

when i turn my steering wheel the front end (suspension) seems to make like a grinding type of sqweek. i was wondering if there is a way to maybe lube it up, or maybe sumtype of bushing has gone bad? its really annoying on top of my bad throwout bearing. waht is this noise?

If it still does it you will possibly need a new set of wheel bearings. which are not that hard to replace.

Check to make sure your wheels are rubbing your control arms. Thats a big problem on foxes with bigger tires. Also if you have a jack then jack the car and move the tire from 9 to 3 o'clock. If there's excessive play you've got a bad inner tie rod. Then move it from 12 to 6 o'clock. If there's ecessive play there then you're ball joints are shot.
