Double clutching, two tone paint job, big wing, some stickers, a sound system, and 4 or 5 tv screens.
Really, with some gears it shouldn't take much after that. With gears and some basic bolt ons you should be able to keep up if not blow by him.

ya with some gears you should take him. and how good are you at shifting? he may suck.
but idk that 3 tone paintjob and tv might might put him over the top in that 99 gt haha
