Nitrous?
Best way to make 300+ hp is a Head, Cam, Intake combo. But even with that your going to need more, nitrous is the safest and easiest way to get that much power

On a stock shortblock, I'd say AFR 165s, FTI cam, Edelbrock Performer/RPM, 5 speed. It would also help if the a/c, power steering and stock fan were gone. On a 10:1 306, it would be a little easier.

well id prefer it be all motor, i cant afford to refill after every light lol.
with a good head, cam, intake, headers, full exhaust, and tb spacer you think it would be close to 300rwhp?
