RE: DSS Engines or................
I've heard a lot of bad things about dss engines but I've also heard a lot of good things. I've never seen anything bad said about coast high performance (http://www.coasthigh.com/) and they are definitly cheaper then dss. I've also heard good things about keith craft (http://www.keithcraft.com/) who has very good prices as well.

I am biass, but I love my dss 331. I choose dss over coast high performance because the person I talked to at coast said the street package tended to use oil. The upper level packages did not he said. The people at dss were real helpfull. I personally love my motor, and plan to buy another from them soon for a track car. If you are willing to spend the money there are many good engine companys out there. Call all of them, take notes and decide for yourself the one that works for you.

91DSSLX,
What are you putting to the ground (RWHP) with your curret setup?? I"m also looking at the DSS bottom end (prolly the 347 though) and would like to know what to expect with certain combos.
Thanks,
Ivan

I have heard HORROR stories about D.S.S. and than I have heard that they were great. I guess its a hit or miss but with a motor, thats not something you want to take that chance on. Like posted above, CHP makes great motors along w/ Keith Craft, Second Street Speed, Ford Performance Solutions, etc. etc. etc.
