Default Throttle Body

Hey guys,

I've done a lot of research on this site about throttle body's, but I still have a few questions remaining. It seems that the most common aftermarket TB sizes are the 65mm and 70mm. Right now, I have a BBK CAI with plans to get an upper and lower intake in the future. I also have full exhaust - headers to the tailpipes. Which size would you guys recommend? Also, is there a particular vendor you would suggest? I've seen all kinds of sites online advertising TBs such as Accufab, BBK, Edlebrock, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hmm... gotcha.

Anyone else? What brand should I go with... or are they all pretty much the same?

I figured as much. Would I run into a problem if I bought a 70mm? I do plan to keep upgrading the intake and engine in the future... so would it be worth it to go ahead and buy the bigger one up front?

Thanks for the quick responses & information, primetime

Anything else I should know before purchasing a TB? Any additional parts or upgrades necessary?
