Default Got $2000 what to do?

i just graduated and now i hav 2000 to spend on my 95 GT 5 SPD. The car rite now has 111,000 miles on it.. it has bassani x pipe, flowmaster mufflers, new wires and plugs, race clutch, cai. What should i do next? i know ppl say it is a good idea to start with a short throw and 3.73's b/c it is a 5spd. but what kind of short throw? i was looking into the MGW. Is there any others that you would recommend? Should i supercharge the motor or get the trickflow top end kit with a nice set of headers? i can spend prolly up to 3500 if i really wanted too but i wanna stay around $2000 if at all possible. o yea and ill be putting some new rubber on my 17 IN eagle alloys. Prolly some nitto drag radials.

work on some of the suspension so it doesnt flex as much and gets the power to the ground better. I have the steeda tri-ax and its great. IMO I think all you need is 3.55's but thats me.

HAHA that was my thoughts when I read the thread!

Anyways, my address is... OH! If I were gonna redo mine all over again I would want a supercharger, just cause they're so damn sexy. So I would buy gears and SC. I went the H/C/I with Nitrous setup and so far am not pleased with things, I'm hoping that its just in need of a computer tune but was a headache for me last nite at the track.

Id go with the suspension route too. I use a B&M Pro Ripper, I like it alot. I know when its in gear now! Havent missed a shift yet. I havent done gears yet though, I am waiting until after I get my motor built at the end of summer to make my decision on that.

If I were you I would focus on suspension. I think that is one of the most neglected upgrades in general. I've got subframe connectors and a g-force brace and it has helped out loads.

I agree, you won't complain when your putting 300 horse to the ground.

I'm thinkin a Head/cam/intake setup too. That's assuming the engine you have is currently in good running condition. You can always rebuild the bottom end in a year or two if need be.
