well I dont have any insulation under the hood just the bare steel..

so I need the upper and lower.. and the intake manifold gasket and plenum gasket..

then it should be a direct bolt on..

do I need/or should I use the spacer for inbetween the lower and upper?

if u get the spacer u will need a hood. but that cools down the intake too so, u might want to think about that.

+1

I didn't see the question about the spacer, but yes you would need to beat the schitt out of your OEM hood to make it fit with a spacer..

Or you could buy a Cowl...

I wouldn't sweat the spacer unless you got the cash for the hood...but if that's the case, we wouldn't be talking about putting a $50 Expo Intake on your car would we?

currently I dont have much..

9mm ford racing wires
ngk g-power plugs
summit 40k volt coil
K&N drop in (no silencer)
summer header back exhaust (no cats, h pipe, imco mufflers, 2.5", stock headers), electric fan (no more clutch fan), no air pump

I need frt brakes, rear suspension stuff, tires, intake pipe (to get rid of the nasty acordian tube), ac delete, etc!!
