Whats the problem? How big of a carb did you get? What else do you have done to the car?

Well I definitly would have gone with mechanical secondaries, much easier to tune the secondaries then with a vacuum pump to open them. You will have to replace the secondary spring with a looser one to make them open sooner.

RE: Demon carb. Need Help?
i dont know alot about barry grants, and i dont run bg's but..it depends on what BG carb your running,
sometimes they put an adjustment screw under the breather stud, check that first
take your stud out, stick a screw driver down there, and try that
second..... it should have 4 little tiny orphase breather thingamododgers? or whatever lol
on the very top of your carb ...one for each hole
try sticking a little piece of wire down in them to stop them up or restrict the air flow to them
they are hard to see, there should be 4 of them on the very top of your carb, with little bitty allen screws
might have to order some smaller ones to screw back in there...if they even make them, i dont know
if you bought your carb brand new out of the box ,and its hard to tune...this is probably whats wrong with it
dont try calling barry grant tech line .. they dont know anything... i know lol
good luck
