subframe connectors, upper control arms, lower control arms
Eibach drag springs, some mickey thompsons, and an H/C/I (i'd go with the Trick Flow top end kit)

and with some 4.10 gears you should be well into the 12's

wait till PRO50SC gets on he will tell you his car does a 12.7 and now that he got more stuff on and needs a tune its probably much better

since you said "street car".....lighter weight reduction if possible
a well sound good suspension
steeper gears
cheap assurance of a 12 sec. pass?...100 shot?.
last but not least.....good sticky tires.

pretty soon it's going to be a 812incher....after that his back up motor is "KING KONG"...just hasn't found the right hood for it yet[8D]
