sdoomed

I just did an AOD to Tremac 5 speed conversion. I also added shorty headers and a KN filter. Now I am having problems starting. I drove it when I finished (it started right up) for 2 miles and it ran well but the check engine light came on. I figured an O2 sensor. I got up the next day and drove it 15 miles to work (it ran well but it did seem like it wanted to stall when stopping) tryed to start it 10 minutes after I got to work and all it did was turn. I let it sit 3 hours and tryed again nothing then I floored the gas and it started. It was turning over real easy.

Any information would be appreciated.
