They tell me i dont need a chip burned with my mods for a 94-95 mustang is this true? they say the computer does the tunning they just sdjust timing and such
My mods are as follows:

Yes its a good idea to burna chip for you combo, get its full potential.
They burn a Chip to put in your computer, I dont know about sn95 comps but mine had to be burnt cause of the bigger injectors.

I have been tuning my own car for the last 3 months using a TwEECer.
It was the last performance part I purchased, as my combo is nearly complete.
If I had the process to do over, I would have purchases the TwEECer as soon as I upgraded the injectors/MAF.
The accurracy you get with a "calibrated" MAF is pretty poor. This is pretty much a guessing game.
By doing a tune for your particular vehicle, you get better drivability and potentially more power.
Drivability is where the tweecer has paid for itself.
Since you have a cam and Intake mods as well, I would think a tune would do you good.
It sounds like that shop does not want your business though.
My thoughts,
jason
