IAC

i have an uneasy idle and ive heard that is cause by the TPS and IAC. last night i went to autozone and bought a TPS but they didnt have the IAC valve. ive searched for awhile now. anyone know where i can get one. is it also known as the idle air bypass valve.

I would try to stick with Factory Ford electronics such as TPS and Ign control Module myself. I have never had any aftermarket parts like those work worth a damn. Have you tried cleaning out your IAC?

no, i havnt done that. but i could try. i was also thinkin about getting that seafoam stuff as well. my engine currently has over 220k miles i think that might help a lil.
