Shift kit?????

gotta 94 mustang GT (auto) was wondering if there is a difference in a shift kit and a reprogramming kit. If there is can I install both and how much performance will they add to my slow *** auto. Thanks

yep u got the AOD-E electronic version of the AOD

programmable/tunable + shift kit-able (is that a word? o well i made it up

)
