Does anyone know if 6.12" of backspacing on a 17x9" rim will stick out of the fenders and look stupid on a 93 GT hatch? The car's not lowered, it will be soon, but not until I get more money, but I don't think that matters right now.

I don't have cobra axles, but I bought FRPP kit M-2300-k and it converts the brakes to 93 cobra R brakes and it comes with new rear axles and new front spindles.

 

umm i would put money on them sticking out.
9's are too wide for a fox

 

17x9's arent to wide, thats what I run and nothing sticks out

 

what do you got for backspacing?

i alsways thought 8 was as wide as i should go...

I honestly dont know the backspacing, there OEM 03 cobra's, im fairly sure there is a couple different backspacing options from the aftermarket companies

 

any oem wheel till 05 will fit on a fox

No typo, they dont stick out. I acttually want the tires to stick out a bit more, that why im getting the 275/35s
