If you don't have a spring compressor, a small chain and a bolt around a few coils will work just fine.

You can fit a bigger tire on a SN-95 than a stock Fox body.....

My car bottoms out with three people in the back and 2 in the front when just driving on a flat, straight road. It rubs with two people in the back after hitting bumps, but doesn't when driving on normal roads.

I've got an eibach kit. Not sure which. Is there any way to tell by looking at the springs?

i took out the rear springs on a fox at the shop once to do the lower control arms all i did was unbolt the shock from the axel and lower the axel with a tall screw jack and the spring fell right out no problem he is right about not needing a spring compresor with the foxes

I could be wrong but I think the sport kit springs are red and the pro kit springs are black. I could definetly be wrong but I think thats it...
