I dont know. Ive never installed Mac LTs but the driver's side just slipped right in. The passenger side was a bit of a pain though. You have to jack the motor up and slid the header down in a a weird angle. We had to take off our strut tower bace to get it in. Once you figure out how it goes you can get it in in just 5 minutes.

 

Yea, I installed my MAC's with the motor OUT of the car and it was even a PITA!
