Default Radiator help

My 94 5.0 has been running very hot lately, like 3/4 the way accross the stock temp gauge. I know the stock sucks, so i got an auto meter gauge on the way. Ive replaced to coolant, replaced the thermostat with 195 (which i believe is stock, im told 180 is better), and even replaced the stock temp sensor. the radiator is kinda dirty inside because the car used to have 100% water and caused rust.

so now im going to flush it. i was wondering if you guys know of any special detergent or something to get the rust out of the radiator, or anything because i dont want to go out there and buy a new one yet without trying this first

There are lots of radiator cleaners out there dont know of any better than another? Once you clean it put some water wetter in it when you fill it. Helps run a little cooler. And you might also check your fan clutch!
