I've read the reviews on these, but I want real experiences from an unbiased crowd that has relevant comparative knowledge. I want those that have actual experience with these options to share their opinions, not a bunch of "Dude, get the AFR's! They rock!" Well, how exactly do they 'rock'? Will I be paying 3 times as much for .3% more horsepower or will I be paying 3 times as much for 3 times as much horsepower.

While I got you here...
I have a cobra intake, 70mm BBK TB, B303 cam and all the needed gaskets sitting on my bench waiting on me to get off my *** and find a set of heads to start assembling. I had hoped I could find a solid set of used GT-40 Iron for around $300-400 somewhere, but I've had no luck. So I'm going to broaden my options by bumping up my spending limit and consider using something other then GT-40. I really prefer to stick with ford parts when feasible, so the natural option became the X303. But if I'm going to spend $1k for heads I need to consider other manufacturers, which I'm not all that familiar with. I've seen great reviews here on sets like the AFR's, but I'm not sure they are worth it too me since I don't know the actual gains for my set-up. My current mods are listed below and my future mods (next year) include a supercharger.
For my car, whats the best bang for the buck? AFR (165-185), TW, X303 GT-40, etc...Help me out if you can.
