NEED ALTERNATOR OPINION QUICK!
You guys would trust a rebuilt 3g alternator (130-140amp) with like a 60 day warranty right? Just test the amperage?
Also, how do u test the amperage? Is there a device to plug it into or just hook it up then test?
I coworker I know is getting me a deal on a 3g ford alt 130-140 amp for $150 but I need to let him know NOW if I want it. Would you guys trust a rebuilt 3g alt for that?

Well, I guess it's too late for this one, the guy already ordered it.
It's a remanufactured 3g. I guess if it dies I'll buy a better one next time. Should have a 60-90 day warranty. I could return it too, if it sucks. Any idea how to test it out?
