Default engine mounts install suggestions?

Whats going on guys. I'm new here to the boards but not new to automotive message boards or cars in general. I just picked up a 90' LX and plan on swapping the old dry rotted engine and tranny mounts for new ones. I have some poly mounts going in, but before I start the process does anyone have tips on how to get these mounts in?? I know I'll have to jack up the motor and all and while I'm under there, I'll do the pan gasket at the same time so jacking it from the pan is a no no for me.

Are there any other trick places to jack the engine up from to do both installs???? Do you guys recommend any torque specs for the bolts, and is lock-tite something that could give me some peace of mind? I did a search already and did not find much detailed information for a 87- 93 5.0, so I'd figured I would post. Thanks in advance!!!

I would suggest renting a cherry picker and doing it that way, If you can find teflon nuts I would use those on the mounts. But Loc tite will work also, then you know the stuff is secured. Sorry don't know the torque specs

use a cherry picker or you can fab up an engine cradle that mounts to the top of the strut mounts, and then strap the engine to that and when you finish the oil pan use the jack to lower it into place, thats what my friend did, also use threadlocker! Torque specs:
oil pump: 22-32 lb-ft

Tranny mount:
U bracket/retainer: 51-70 lb-ft
moun to crossmember: 25-35 lb-ft
corss member to frame: 35-50 lb-ft

Motor mount:
mount to motor: 45-59 lb-ft
mount to frame: 73-106 lb-ft
