Default timing/fuel/ignition problem!!

Ok i have a little problem and dont realy have any idea what it is. I will try to describe it the best i can but i think u have to hear it . While driving i while step on it in first fine second fine then when i get into third it kinda feels like a cylinder isnt firing or some sort of loss of power kinda like dunda dunda dunda realy quick. i dont really know how to explain the sound but is is like that and it usualy happens in 3rd gear or higher. I have my timing set at 13. Has tf stage 1 cam gt-40p heads 1.7 rockers. maf conversion. and all the other bolt ons. So i am confused? to me it seems like it might be fuel but my air/fuel gauge at wot is always rich so i dunno?? and suggestions would be great thnx
