hmm i just got an 89 lx 5.0 and its manual, gotta get it running tho, but what clutch would you recommend or what shoul di put to prevent w/e happens with a stock clutch?

when i purchased this car it had a king cobra clutch in it and That clutch gripped like it was no bodies business, had to replace it because the guy who owned the car before me rode the clutch like a **** and managed to warp the pressure plate splines. also the clutch was horribly stiff ( i chalked that up to the warped pressure plate WRONG) anyway now i have a stock clutch and a stiff clutch lol that i just can't get the stock feel from
