Default electric fan HELP!!! PLEAZE

i wanna go about changin my stock fan to an electric fan but i dont know where to start. i got a 85 gt. can you all help me decide what fan to get and other accesories i will need to make the switch. i read somewhere in here that i should get the $107 fan from Jeggs.

If you have pullies, would it be recommended to get a bigger alternator to run that fan? Or should you do that in the first place?

I have this fan.. It works ok.. I live in FL so its hot like 10 months. I'd rec an alum radiator with this or a cheap pusher fan for the front of the rad/condenser. I start to run hot when I'm driving the car hard, doesn't overheat, just high end of range.. Wrapping my headers would probably help also. You don't need any other parts when you buy the kit, it has everything, takes about an hr to install

I just put a Flex-A-Lite Black Magic in my 93 GT Vert last night. It came with every thing you will need. It has all the wires, brackets, and connecters. It fits great. Works great also. The only thing you might want to add is a manual switch, but I did not do it. It is worth evey pennie. Just my two cents.

I run a high HP engine and that fan works great for me. I live in SC where its been in the mid to high 90's and mine stays at 195

i would definately put a 3g alt the factory is not near enough to run electric fans to i went through 2 before i upgraded
