5-lug Conversion???

Im having trouble finding a complete 5-lug conversion... the only one i can find is the Stainless Steel Brake Company 5-lug and 4 wheel disc set up...
Im just looking to convert it so i can get new rims...
Someone told me 50resto has one but i cant find it...
