A/C Help Quick!
Okay I am pretty sure I found the source of my leak. The "clutch cycling pressure switch" on top of the accumulator was leaking. I replaced it and no leak BUT there is a small screw inside the switch that controls the clutch on the compressor. When I first put it on the clutch kept engaging on and off every 2 or three seconds so I backed the screw off until it stoped and maybe a little more. My question is how do I adjust this screw to where it needs to be?
you will need to hook some gauges up to it and make sure it is full of freon and nothing is stopped up if not full fill up and adjust it till it stays on such as u did before if it is full then your fine leave it alone
cool, I'll put the guages on it later.
all it does is protects the clutch for excessive wear and tear at WOT and lower outside temps. I was worried I would do some damage by not adjusting it.
