summit brand??

so i see on summitracing they make alot of there own stuff (or ahve it made anywyas) just wondering if anyone has ever purchased it and knows the quality and preformance?

I purchased their clutch quadrant kit (cable and billet quadrant). Installed it December of 2005 and the cable snapped on me this week.

I dont know what caused it, but Im going to spend the little extra money for the BBK this time.

i have a summit brand liquid filled fuel pressure gauge and it works great!

I would guess that its not exactally a sh*t brand but its definetly not the best.

I would spend the extra dough and get whatever you want from a reputable company.

I used one of there SFI balancers on my old racer for about 4 years.
Great part.
Made in Austrialia........

Summit doesn't make any of their own stuff. It's all rebox from someone. So every part will differ in brand and quality. Summit owns Trick Flow though. So I wouldn't be afraid of their valvetrain parts.
