Well, I finally got a 5.0
I signed up a couple months back, but just got this about 3 weeks ago.It's a 1993 LX 5.0 hatchback, with a little over 134,000 miles. I paid $5,000 for it. It's an AOD with a shift kit, 3000 stall, and 4.10 gears. It also has a BBK CAI, H pipe, and dumped flowmasters.

That's a pretty good price in my area for one. Before I got this one I looked at a 92 GT, AOD, completely stock with a 150,000 miles and they wanted 6,000 for it. The ashtray was broken too.

Hmm...I agree, maybe too much. I got mine 2 weeks ago, 93' 72k miles, headers, flowmasters, 16inch chrome ponies, new tires, nice interior, with a few other goodies.
With that said though, f*ck wat we say, we didn't by the car, you did, its wat it means/worth to you. They say one mans trash is another mans treasure, looks like you hit a goldmine outback of the trump real estate. 5.0's are fun man, enjoy but most importantly be safe!

I dont know. 5K is alot for a pretty stock LX. Not trying to bust your ba**s or nothing but I bought an 85LX Hatch for $3,000 and it came with a 306, Victor Jr. Intake, Holley 750, AFR 185's, 2 C-4 Autos, MSD, Pullies, and Centerline wheels. All with a full interior. I do know that the 87-93s are what everybodys prefference is but for if I didnt like my 85, for $400 i could change it to the newer style. Happy Modding!!!!

around here in rich bitch land nj its hard to find them under 5-6k completely stock imo i would rather spend more money on a stocker because it hasnt had anything done to it so you know it couldnt have been done worng this way you can do what you want to it the way you want
