Faded Exterior Trim!

Does anyone know the best way to restore faded exterior trim, or should i just tear it down and have the parts painted. By faded trim, i mean bumpers, area around headlights, door frame, etc.

If the bumper is faded Id paint the whole car and be done with it. For the trim either have a body shop spray everything or get some black spray paint and use that.
