Default bugging on highway??

I just put on a GT 40 upper and lower, injectors and t stat. now here is the problem. The car drives fine until I gun it or if Im on the highway for about 20 minutes. Then my temp goes up to about 75% and stays between there and 50% afterwards when I take the cap off the biach is hot and about 5 inches low. Ive pressure tested the system and its okay, burped it, retarded the timing, cleaned the MAF, replaced the ACT sensor......... This is killing me guys surely someone here has been or seen someone go through this? HELP!

The CEL is supposed to come on before you start the car.

Sounds like its over heating. You hear boiling? Maybe your TPS is bad. Check for stored codes. Also, do you still have the EGR stuff on it? A bad EGR valve can cause some really weird problems.

Yea there is some boiling when I shut the car off. Im going to pull codes tonight. How do I pull stored codes? All my smog stuff is gone, EGR deleted and the EGR sensor is bypassed.
