17x10 ponys??
i just found a sweet site that makes ponys in 17x10's !!!! i really think that would look sweet!!! i want to get them in 17x10 for the back and 17x8 in the front...... the 17x8 has a 25 mm offset so would i be able to run a 245/45/17??? the back has a 47mm offset or a 24mm offset.... i want to run a 275+ on the back so what offset would i go with??

RE: 17x10 ponys??
The Pony R site was last updated in like feb or march and they're still not in production... I did an inquiry on 17x8 for the front and 17x9 for the back of my 93 GT over a week ago and still havent heard anything back from them, so I have a sneaking suspicion that they're not going to make them again, at least not anytime soon.

RE: 17x10 ponys??
the backspacing for the back comes in either 6' or 6.85'i believe and im 100 percent sure u can get a 10 inch wide wheel under a fox cause people are gettin 10.5 inch wide wheels with 315's under the azz with fender rolled.... alittle massage for inner fender well and no quad shock......... and they say the widest u should run on a 17x9 is a 275 so shouldt it look ok on a 10 inch wheel??? i want to go bigger in the back but i wanted to see if that would even fit

I think your gonna have a lotta trouble w/ the fittment. Like I already said, you'll have to really work to make them fit. Didn't say it was impossible. A 275 may work, but the sidewalls will have to push outward to seat on the rim. That to me will look like crap. Why put such a wide rim w/ that narrow (for that wheel) of a tire on. Hell, you can gey a 275 on an 8" wheel.
