Auto 3.73, manual 3.55, you will need 3 qts 75w90 synthetic rear differential fluid, trak lok additive(small bottle), rear diff seal and install kit, the ring and pinion gears(Ford Racing only) and while in there you may want to check the trak lok(similar to posi) being sure the clutches still work. Buy from SummitRacing.com There are hundreds of threads which give great detail and suggestions on this topic, try a search. This link will help also:

Best mod for your money, and if your not sure how to I'd suggest getting them installed, $200 max for labor.

i found a whole rearend with a Detoit locker and 3.73 gears for $150. I bought it...kinda rough for the street, but i dont care.

Look in the paper like i did. But be very very pickey on what you buy, some people will sell you damaged goods in a heart beat.

na auto - 4.10's
na 5spd - 3.73's
power adder auto - 3.73
power adder 5spd - 3.55's

thats just a rule of thumb that I go by...

Just my .02

I didnt recommend 4.10's for a 5spd??? Honestly, I have been in 5spd's w/ 4.10's and they felt nice.... not to much IMO. If its a NA car I like 4.10's no matter what but what I posted ^^ is what alot of people like.

If both wheels spin then you will not need a trak lok rebuild kit, but you still will need a basic install kit, gears, oil and additive.
