Default good choice? x pipe with cats

well my car failed inspection, i knew it would. so for once in for all i am just going to put on the right exhaust... would this be a good choice??? it says i'll gain 20 hp proven. heres the link, the price isnt to bad either.... i believe i have stock headers, they are wrapped though... i have a flowmaster exhaust.

X pipe will give you some more horsepower, but i like the deep, throaty h-pipe sound better

the power gains from an x pipe are minimal, besides if you dont have a tuned catback then your mufflers are the bottleneck in your exhaust system, unless of course you have stock headers, theres a billion threads on this topic search around and get what you like

That seems kind of high, but I could be wrong. Just google around a bit before you buy to be sure you're getting the best price.
