Well, how long have you owned the car? How many miles are on it?

The filter is located under the rear of the car above the axle housing between the tank and where the rear seats would be.

so basically the car doesnt need alot of fuel at lower RPMs but at higher RPMs it does so mabye a dirty fuel filter is not allowing all the Fuel into the motor?? is that right??

correct. Although it does need a certain amount for normal driving but yeah, it's more critical in the higher r's.

Well since you're already utilizing your schreader, you'll have to tee into it there or somewhere else in the line. You can run and under hood gauge which wouldn't be that expensive or you could go electric ( like I have) and run a gauge inside the car but they are about 200 bucks.
