go to AZ or Advanced and get a can of electrical cleaner and some dielectric grease.
Your key getting stuck in the ignition is more than likely your tumbler, key lock, or ignition switch. take the column covers off and do some inspecting, cleaning and greasing.
the first electrical issue is more than likely the switch. moisture shouldnt affect them. you will need to take the armrests off your doors and unplug the connectors clean them real good then grease them with the dielectric grease. This grease prevents corrosion and moisture from coming in contact with those pins.
the second issue sounds like your instrument lead coming off your solenoid. take the positive side apart being sure to first label the order the wires are in first. clean and grease them.
badda bing!
