Default Header question

Just found these and am wondering if anyone else uses them? Also is this a good price, reputable company? Oh yeah I have a 91 LX 5.0 vert. Are my electric window switches suppose to be backlit?

yes... you can use them, I have the same ones. The only problem is, they are hard to install because they are equal, and my stearing shaft is rubbing on them making it harder to turn
im gonna take care of that soon though

Yes, they are good headers and yes BBK is a VERY reputable company.... prob one of the biggest in the 5.0 aftermarket industry.

Like Valcore said, they are equal lengths so they will be a little harder to install.. if you dont want to deal with that you can go with the unequal lengths. Also, you should look into getting a ceramic coated paid instead of the ones you are looking at now. They are more money but well worth it.

Good Luck.

BBk Equal Length Ceramic Coated Shorties are great, i have them, wouldn't change to anything else. Or else you could send them out to get Jet Coated.

Do you need some special setup for non-equals?

I have the stock manifolds right now...would non-equals and equals bolt right up to my h-pipe? Do the shorties always rub peoples steering shafts?

I'd like to get a set of these after I get my 3.73s

Enough to warrant the cost of the header and the install time?

I have the same question as VigCS, do they rub on all apps? Whats the fix, BFH?

Also if anyone is interrested this intake is for sale locally. I would be more than happy to check it out. No affilliation with myself.
Thanks for everyones input

The unequal length won't give you any problems on the steering shaft just the equal length ones will. Some guys on here don't have a rubbing issue...you can do this by putting shims in your motor mounts or just buy new motor mounts. That might take care of clearance issues.
